My Review
Hot damn. If you’re looking for steam, undeniable chemistry and drama then read no further and go buy the book!
"I grew up among Baltimore's elite, but my family's fall from grace ripped me away from a life of wealth and privilege and thrust me into a world of violence and depravity. In this school, the teachers fear the students, and three boys rule the halls."
Cora's family's fall from grace lands her at a school with three boys I wished I went to high school with. They are beautiful, dominate and have a strong connection with Cora from the very beginning. I was expecting more of a bully romance but was pleased to find it wasn't at all. As soon as Cora makes the deal to have the Lost Boys protection from other students it jumps right to steam. I wasn't mad about that either. I loved how the boys showed a softness and sweetness just towards Cora that made me swoon and once again ask myself where were these boys when I went to high school?
I don't know if the author plans on writing more from this world with other characters, but I'd be absolutely thrilled if she did.
